Cabin Helps Client Garner Customer Service Award

Beneserv Corporate Employee Benefit Services recently received the “Customer Service Award” from the Center City Proprietors Association. Cabin Communications led the nomination effort.

The award was presented to BeneServe for “providing responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable staff that greets every customer” and for “designing creative insurance plans, while maintaining a reasonable cost for employers.”

Founded in 1985, BeneServ is a healthcare-benefit brokerage firm serving companies in the Delaware Valley. With offices in Springfield, Philadelphia and Chester County, BeneServ believes in providing its clients with a benefit plan that is tailored to their businesses. The company stands on two principles – excellent customer service and providing benefits that other brokers don’t. 

Center City Proprietors Association was founded to foster communication, cooperation, education and services among the small businesses of Center City Philadelphia.
